We encourage parents to inculcate punctuality and discipline for children from the early years. It is in your child’s best interests to be regular and punctual for classes. Subject to availability, enrolled students are offered two make-up classes for two notified missed classes during each 2-months term, to be used up within the current term.

• Make-up classes cannot be carried forward to another term.

• Any ad-hoc schedule changes after the term has started will be counted toward the make-up classes quota. 

• Classes missed without prior notice are not eligible for make-up classes.

• It is not possible to reschedule a missed make-up class.

• If our available classes for make-up do not match your child’s schedule, we cannot guarantee a replacement class.

• No make-up classes are available for holiday camps: CNY, Easter, Summer and Winter camps.

• We will endeavour to accommodate your request related nap-time or school-time change if it is absolutely necessary, however it can not be guaranteed as spaces are limited.
